At Wheelsbelowretail.com we make returns and other client services as easy as possible. The Vision and Mission with our customers is to provide only the Best of the Best product with an Excellence at Service becoming your number 1 choice. We understand that sometimes, clients change their minds about products that they order or simply do not need them anymore. We also know that clients are cautious about terms and conditions since they are often tricky and misleading. Our goal is to make the return or exchange process trustworthy and as simple.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery. For orders placed during the holiday season from November 15th to December 31st, the return period is extended to 60 days. The following rules apply:
Purchases on Used Products are Final, products are tested prior to Shipping. Thus, No Return On Used Products, for example Used Tires.
All returns and exchanges must be made via our Return Procedure with a valid & signed RMA form.
Product(s) must be in new condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). In the event of fitment, flaw or defect pictures may be necessary to complete your request.
Any product that was used or fully / partially installed is non-returnable.
The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:
Items Marked "Non-Returnable" (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order) or Used Products such as Used Tires.
What are my shipping fees?
For orders delivered within the continental US where reason for return is not a result of a Wheels Below Retail error, the cost of the initial shipping charge and a return fee will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid shipping label(s) will be provided. The flat fee for each item being returned is calculated in each case and a $300 fee for Pallet Service.
Tire and Wheels
Freight, international & non-continental US returns are accepted, however coordination of return shipping is the responsibility of the client. In the event an error is made by Wheels Below Retail, a return shipping label will be provided.
We all know that accidents happen sometimes. If your product(s) arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Please do not attempt to use, install, modify, or repair the part! We will send you a replacement part and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective part. In some instances, return of the product may not be required. Products must be returned to us within 30 days. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier. Photos of the damage, defect, or fitment issue may be requested to correctly process your request. Please note that products must be in the original packaging and there are additional requirements for products that ship freight.
We will assist with cancellation of an order or part(s) that have not been shipped and are not marked as non-cancelable / non-refundable items. Items that have been shipped already cannot be canceled or modified. Cancellations can be done online by submitting a request, or through our customer care team who can be reached via live chat or phone. Your request will be processed as quickly as possible, but please note that sometimes products ship quicker than expected.
Payment for orders may be captured as soon as the order has been successfully placed. Refunds for returned products are issued as soon as they are received by our warehouse. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method originally used to place the order (Credit Card, PayPal,Amazon Pay, Google Pay , Affirm, PayTomorrow, Check). Once the refund has been issued a confirmation email will be sent. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account.
To ensure a fast and safe delivery we use FedEx, DHL, USPS, & UPS Ground/Air shipping services. Available shipping methods may vary for different type of products and shipping destinations. Most products in stock ship same day, or within 1-15 business days depending on the product, shipping tires or wheels is not as complex as shipping the Product Mounted and Balanced after which its delivery can be tracked via tracking number sent to your email. For custom or made to order items shipping time varies as they may have to be manufactured, painted, embroidered, or assembled.
Please keep the following in mind:
Products that are oversized must ship truck freight / LTL which differs from ground shipments. NOTE: These oversized items require inspection and a signature upon delivery.
* Shipments to Canada are treated as all other international shipments. It is the recipient's responsibility to pay all applicable duties, taxes, & brokerage fees. Detailed Info can be found here.
* Shipments to HI, AK, PR, Guam, Virgin Islands, APOs, & Canada might require extra shipping charges. International shipping quotes will be e-mailed to the customer before the credit card is charged.
