Installation Information

If the factory wheel studs on your vehicle extend past the surface of the wheel spacers, you will need to take the following steps to ensure proper fitment:

1. Shorten the factory studs
2. Ensure that the wheels have open slots (cavities) between the mounting holes
3. Purchase a set of shorter studs and replace the factory studs Please note that these spacers are only compatible with the vehicles listed on this listing’s vehicle fitment guide. Confirm fitment prior to purchase.

For a proper and safe installation, we advise customers to begin threading the hardware by hand to avoid cross-threading or stripping the threads. Once they are secured hand-tight, use a torque wrench set to the recommended torque as specified in the lug nut torque chart. Tighten the wheel bolts/lug nuts one after the other in a crisscross pattern.

It's crucial to avoid under- or over-tightening the wheel-attaching hardware, as it could cause damage and pose a danger. When the lug nuts are over-torqued, it could lead to stress fractures, increasing the risk of the lugs breaking under normal conditions.

Vehicle with Pre-Assembled Studs

1. For spacers with pre-assembled studs: Check and retorque all lug nuts to manufacturer specifications 25-50 miles after installation.
2. Remove wheels to retorque nuts holding spacers to hub. Do not install if factory wheel studs and/or lug nuts make contact with the back of wheels.
3. Check all hardware for proper compatibility before installation.
4. Do not use air tools or impact wrenches, as they can cause thread stripping and over/under tightening. Follow recommended torque specs in chart.

Vehicle without Pre-Assembled Studs

1. Longer studs may be required for proper installation.

Failure to follow instructions may cause lug nuts or studs to loosen or break while driving, resulting in wheel loss, serious accident, injury or death. Vibrations could be a sign of incompatibility or improper installation.  Stop driving immediately if abnormal vibration has been detected and seek professional auto mechanics assistance.

This is an aftermarket component. Trademarks used are registered trademarks of respective owners and used only to identify vehicles this part fits.

It's important to note that aluminum spacers/adapters are not designed for heavy loading and hauling. Installing spacers/adapters on semi-trucks, utility trucks, flatbeds is NOT RECOMMENDED.

Shipping to the Lower 48 states is for the advertised price. Always allow 10-20 business days for our normal packaging and shipping process for the complexity of shipping wheels and tires. We can ship world-wide for an additional charge. Please contact us for international shipping rates, Wheels Below Retail is not responsible for any customs fees, buyer is responsible for all fees and paperwork above and beyond standard freight charges. WHAT TO EXPECT UPON DELIVERY
1.Make sure to inspect every piece BEFORE SIGNING any documents. If your items are shipped via UPS/FedEx ground, a signature is not required, but please be sure to inspect the products as quickly as possible and follow up with us if there are any issues so we can assist!
2. If damaged, please make sure to make full notes on documents before signing.
3. If the damage is discovered after signing the documents, please make sure we are notified within 3 business days of receiving the order.

30 days period for returns upon inspection and approval for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) , no items can be returned without an RMA number, out of warranty period items cannot be returned.

Warranty
Wheels and tires carry full manufacturer warranty, please ask for additional information. 1) Any returns, cancellations, change of mind within 24 hours, or within the return period of placing an order typically carry between 15-25% restocking fee from the respective warehouse or manufacturer (This includes wheels or tires shipped in from the manufacturer to our warehouse to prepare your order).
